We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team.
We are looking for a person who is highly motivated, self-driven and well organised to provide assistance in administrative duties across all facets of our business.
This person must have excellent communication skills, have the ability to learn quickly and be able to work independently in an environment that deals with customers, suppliers and employees.
We seek a person with previous experience as a Receptionist. In addition, the ideal candidate will have strong knowledge with Microsoft programs.
Essential Skills Required
Answering and directing calls and onsite visitors.
General filing and ordering.
Administrative tasks including travel and job bookings.
All reception duties and general office administration.
Current Australian drivers licence.
Skills and Experience
Excellent customer service skills and professional phone manner.
Ability to be well organised, self-motivated and work autonomously.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Strong knowledge across all aspects of Microsoft Office.
