Job Description

Cellar Door Kitchen Hand
We are seeking a professional, fast paced, energetic, adaptable/quick learner, switched on all-rounder to assist in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in our Cellar Door kitchen (and related areas).
Through your progression training, you will also have the opportunity to further your sales and food service skills within our thriving Cellar Door, to assure all our guests enjoy their visit with us!

Reporting to the: Cellar Door Manager &/or Kitchen Manager

Role Requires:
The main component of the role is to assist the Kitchen and Cellar Door Team to maintain a consistent delivery of beautifully displayed Charcuterie boards for our guests, by assisting in food preparation tasks and maintaining controlled produce levels throughout shift.
Hygienically clean crockery, cutlery, glassware and other kitchen equipment using both a commercial dishwasher and by hand.
To ensure our Cellar Door’s ongoing cleanliness, rubbish removal, sweeping and mopping of kitchen floors also forms part of your role.
