At Skimstone, we have produced award winning wines.
We produce Chardonnay, Rosé, Merlot, Cabernet Shiraz, Cabernet Merlot along with popular Italian varietals of Sangiovese and Barbera
Our cellar door and vineyard only 10 minutes from Mudgee CBD, and the views from our cellar door and overlooking the vineyard and rolling hills is a beautiful place to be working at.
