Overview
We are an Aussie country bakery that has been in operation since April 1990. We are family owned and operated and we care deeply for our team and our customers. In our peak operating times, we employ up to 45 people at a time, from junior counter and washup team members and early morning full time baristas, to night shift working bakers and pastry cooks.
We open early every morning (4am Monday to Saturday and 6:30am on Sundays) to serve coffee, pies, bread, sandwiches and treats. Our baking team makes all of our pies, cakes and bread overnight, 6 nights per week.
